Food is good. However the employees seem to not care. they usually mess my order up and I have to go back and they are not super understanding and to give refunds on a card you have to have the card which is fine unless someone buys you the food like family etc.
We stopped at 6:30 p.m. Busy time of the day. Service was great. Food was quick and very tasty and delivered in a timely manner. We will eat there again.
Every time I come to Burger King in Mitchell, SD my order is always wrong. I mean their food is good, but their grill team needs to learn to make orders right. That's how you keep your customers happy. I'm tired of ordering food and giving me what I didn't ask for.
Not liking that they are always out of something. There burgers are always dry. Pricing is decent.
Probably the slowest "fast" food ever. 10 minute to 20 minute wait time on average. I have yet to find an ideal time to come and get food in a timely manner
