It a great family lodge. Can host parties, reunion and we had our wedding party stay here.
We were in a accident and all motels were full. These kind folks called all over to find us a place too stay. They were so nice!

I have hunted with Dean Strand at the Rooster Roost Ranch for several years now. I have never been made to feel more welcome, nor had any guide work as hard as Dean does to ensure that your time there is enjoyed. The hunting is phenomenal. The lodge is very nice, clean and welcoming. The cooking is outstanding. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about our annual trip there. I highly recommend Dean Strand and the Rooster Roost Ranch for top notch pheasant hunting.
As a hunting guide myself, I can say without a doubt Rooster Roost Ranch is as professionally run as it gets. The guides and their excellent dogs work hard to find every bird hit or brought down. In our 2 days there we limited each day and lost no birds. The food was great the accommodations were nice and clean.
