Very friendly and attentive staff. The location is not as bad as some previous ratings would have you believe. I would totally leave 5-star but the construction at the location is frustrating.
Staff was very cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Buffet was excellent.
Convenient location off of I-90. Food and gas nearby. Ruby Tuesday is walking distance and has very friendly staff also.
Quick stop over in a snow storm. Warm and comfortable and quiet. Headed out with a hot breakfast in our stomachs.
Staff was awesome and professional, and the check in process was very expedited. Rooms were spacious and the amenities were plentiful. I would highly recommend!
This location is under construction as of 9/22/2017. Had an issue with my room. Management resolved perfectly. Stayed here for the entire week.
Our room was fine, typical Hamton Inn room. We had issue with loud contraction workers that were working on the building. They were playing music and would not turn it off when asked to by the staff. The staff was not so accommodating to our needs. Other than that, it was a fine stay.
