We made appointment to get Warrenty work done. appointment is Wednesday . Need to be somewhere important in another state by Friday AM.. Service people are very nice.
I called Jack's campers to rent a nicer RV than the mass rental places offer. I talked to Jerry and he couldn't have been nicer and more available with his time. He was awesome and incredibly helpful. We received a brand new Jayco and picked it up in Rapid City. They even delivered it directly to the campsite so it was ready when we got there! We went to multiple locations and was able to drop it off in Jackson Hole, Wy. It all went like clockwork and my family and I had a wonderful experience. Thanks so much to Jerry, Jared and Jacks!
I took my RV to them in Mitchell and three weeks later nothing was done. Guy on phone was rude and insulting. They sure love your money when you buy but service is a joke.
I like Jack's campers because they are very easy going and easy to work with. And we're very useful for a last minute 3-week out planning for a trip to rent a travel trailer.
