If you are buying a used car, you are getting a used car. There is always the option to take the car to your mechanic before buying.
They sold me a used vehicle for just under $5k, which has approx $3k worth of mechanical issues - including a bad transmission. They claimed to not know of the issues, which all which was required for diagnostic was to plug it in to a computer. I contacted them within a week of purchase and provided them all the information they requested. Its been over a month and they still havent gotten back to me - buys beware!! They are obviously either lying scammers, or incompetent.
I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy from here. Bought a 03 expedition from them with countless hidden issues. Within a week I discovered it needed the front brake system completely replaced and had head gasket issues as well.. over $4000 in total to fix everything. Had to sell it within the month because it was junk. Buster had claimed he knew nothing about the issues - obviously a lie. Please do yourselves a favor and stay FAR FAR away from this place! Nothing but a bunch of scammers! And yes, you can take it to mechanic before you buy but the issue here is that these guys KNOW the vehicles have tons of issues yet still sell them as if they were fine!
After reading the ONE other review, I have to speak up. We have purchased 2 cars from Buster's, both for our kids. There have been absolutely no problems with either one. I feel like they are a good outfit that genuinely tries to find affordable vehicles for people.
