It's a mall? Needs more stores with better options
Dying mall that has an owner that isn't interested in attracting new businesses or having a modern look.
Very little retail here. A popular bar and restaurant are on site. There is a Chinese buffet where the food tastes OK, but they get cited by the health department on a regular basis. A few companies have offices here. A lot of empty stores. A nice place to walk indoors for exercise. They are falling behind on parking lot maintenance, but I'm sure that's because of limited cash flow.
New China buffet is the best place to eat at! Great food And quick service
