There is alot of people doing drugs in these apartments and they raise the rent on u every 2 to 3 months. They arent very nice to begin with and when u move out they blame u for the damage from the people before u just to get ur money! They say they patrol the place closely but they allow surround sound that shakes the whole building and people with drugs that abuse their children. They also screw u over with ur deposit when u move out cause they make u pay for damages from the previous people so u end up owning them money! They arent safe or good apartments.
