Great pizza, great service, great prices
Last time I was there it appeared they were too understaffed. There was a long line at drive up window and in store plus they had a list of call ahead orders so I ended up standing there for quite sometime before receiving service. This did not appear to be the fault of the ladies working, they all seemed to be working hard. Additionally the store appeared to be clean and organized. The products were stalked as best as they could be under the circumstances.
I phone ordered a deep dish cheese pizza light on the sauce. Went to pick it up and they wanted to charge two dollars extra because I asked for less sauce! We walked out and didn't get the pizza. We are out of towners ....very surprised...and not happy. We've never been charged for less sauce before...makes no sense.
The people working, the management at least are EXTREMELY rude. Tonight i asked the manager/ assistant manager if i could get a pepperoni with no cheese on half. She says "we cant just put cheese on half and not the other" like really?? Must not be the brightest working there then lol. I worked at one in sioux falls and made them like that all the time. And after all that it was extremely undercooked and extremely messy. Id be happy to come take her place with a smile:)
