Torrey was outstanding! He went over and above to help us find the perfect furniture set. We were shown all different sale options and he was very patient and helpful while we sat on multiple sets. With Torrey's advice, we found the exact one that was right for us! He was able to reserve and hold the very last chaise lounge chair in the warehouse for me until our set is delievered. Not only do I feel that Torrey gave us the best deal he possibly could on the set but he informed us the next day we were getting an additional $200 off! I would recommend going to Torrey for any and all of your furniture needs. It was a great experience and I will definitely be shopping with Torrey at Unclaimed Freight Furniture again!!
Unclaimed Freight is the way to go! We went there today after looking at another local furniture store. At the other store, we received no help, and there was a lack of enthusiasm. But as soon as we walked in to Unclaimed Freight, we were immediately greeted by Don. He was incredibly helpful and was able to answer all of our questions, as well as guide us on making the proper decisions for what we needed. We bought several different items, and Don offered us a great deal for each item, as well as free delivery since our purchase was so large. We appreciate all of the help that we were given and we are very excited to receive our new furniture. Thanks for all of your help Don!
The store is great! There are so many options to look at around there. The store manager Trina was amazing. She was very helpful with my fiancé and I to get a basic understanding of our furniture options for our apartment. She has so much knowledge in all the furniture types and brands and suggested the best for us! She was also very helpful in helping us pick out our dining room table! We love it and can't wait to start adding more furniture from the store to our apartment!

We were greeted right away, but then they were nice at letting us look around without pressure to buy. We found what we wanted and they gave us an even better deal. They asked if we wanted to do financing and were great at getting us set up. They helped us load it up. It was a great experience. Love shopping there.
