Today, 10/16/17, I went to BeMobile in Mitchell, SD. Although extremely busy, Kari Soulek helped me so graciously as always. I always go to BeMobile as they know "their stuff",always willing to help and make you feel at home. Since I got a new phone Kari told me she would be working the next day so if I had any problems or questions to come in and she would walk me through it. Great place.
Had the best customer service ever! Thomas is extremely knowledgeable and can explain things clearly. Very pleasant and goes the extra mile. Wish the store in my hometown was as good.
