My prime rib came out cold. To warm it up they microwaved it. The entire thing turned chewy and gross. Husband ordered ribeye. Only half was cooked, other half raw. After management saw they comped entire meal. It was raining and there was a large leak in the dining area. Patrons had to be moved.
I came from Ohio to try the ribs, upon recommendation from a fellow Ohio friend. I was not at all disappointed, they are the second best I've had. Not really cheap but so worth it I would gladly return if given the chance.
Even having a training waitress the service was excellent-prompt and courteous.
Excellent steaks! The desserts were delicious!
